  • Access to essential resume improvement tips

2.2 Pro Version

  • All features from the free version
  • Unlimited resume analyses
  • Enhanced AI-powered impact metrics suggestions
  • Industry-specific recommendations
  • Job description matching and targeted advice
  • Resume history and version comparison

3. User Responsibilities

By using ResumeClarity, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume
  • Not use our service to create false or misleading resume content
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis algorithms
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Not use our service for any unlawful purposes

4. Data Usage

When you upload your resume, you grant ResumeClarity the right to analyze the content for the purpose of providing impact metrics and improvement suggestions. ResumeClarity is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. JUSTPLATYPOST LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

  • That our suggestions will guarantee job interviews or employment
  • That our analysis will be error-free or completely accurate
  • That our service will meet all of your specific requirements
  • That our service will be uninterrupted or secure

6. Limitations

In no event shall JUSTPLATYPOST LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, missed job opportunities, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ResumeClarity. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job offers or interviews.

7. Payment Terms

For Pro version subscribers:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice
  • Taxes may apply based on your location
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

8. AI-Generated Content

ResumeClarity uses AI to generate suggestions and improvements for your resume. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before adding them to your resume. The AI may occasionally generate suggestions that are not applicable to your specific situation or industry.

9. Modifications

JUSTPLATYPOST LLC reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using ResumeClarity, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
